Osama has got an extensive experience in software project management on all stages of project life-cycle, including pre-sale. Osama has worked in a wide range of business areas from telecommunications to corporate document flow, from public transportation control systems to IP telephony, and from situation centers to transportation and logistics. Software project management (all areas), system analysis and project estimation, project HR management. As a coach and consultant Osama focuses on project management techniques in software development and project HR management from the point of the production manager. His interests focus on developing people’s potential, multicultural dialog and education.

He was also associated with leading advertising company of Pakistan Interflow Communications and Access Financial Services. He is the founding member of the 1LINK (National Payment Switch) and contributed immensely to make 1LINK the largest EFT Switch of the country. Fahad is one of the very few individuals in the country who have strong domain knowledge of Payment System both Business and Technical aspects. He has worked with leading Multi-National Banks, Financial Services providers and Global Payment Brands to build the infrastructure for Digital Eco-system in the country. Fahad is an ambitious, creative and results oriented professional with a demonstrated record of success from ideation to strategy, execution and ramp up. Fahad is a Computer Engineering graduate from NED University and MBA (Marketing) from IoBM Karachi. He is also a member of Marketing Association of Pakistan. These days he is well performing as the Chief Executive Officer of Takafal Pakistan Limited. Previously he was associated with State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan and Dawood Family Takaful Limited. His expertise includes Life, Health & project related Insurances/ Takaful schemes; He has extensive experience in restructuring, insurance operations and automation. Azeem Yaseen is a seasoned Software Engineering Professional. He has design and developed several web based as well as desktop based applications (projects and products using .Net technologies (C#, VB), VB6, MS SQL Server and Oracle. Azeem has experience of providing banks online financial and automated solutions for individual as well corporate customers such as Internet Banking for financial as well as non-financial transactions for e.g. Fund Transfer, IBFT, Bill Presentment, Account Statement, Credit Card payments etc. He has developed products for banking sector include largest banks in Pakistan as well as banks and companies in Middle East. Other projects includes developing applications for clients in USA, Canada, Brazil, Middle East, South Africa etc. Azeem currently associated with an Abu Dhabi Group Co. as Head of Software Development. A seasoned IT Security & Project Management professional, who has managed projects in areas of software development, data center, security solutions, and IT infrastructure. Atif has worked on emerging trends of cloud computing like developing applications of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and deployed virtualization projects. He is an IT professional with flare of conducting trainings, and has taught various courses in the field of computing sciences, such as Management Information Systems (MIS), Calculus, Statistics, and Business Mathematics to the students of Karachi University, SZABIST, Sir Syed University of Science & Technology. Currently Atif is pursuing his MS in Information Security from NED University of Engineering & Technology, and prior to that has done BS in Computer Science from SZABIST, and working at a renowned information security organization.
